Payment accepted by cheque payable to Let's Play Games. Payment, including deposit and any applicable delivery charges, to be made at least seven working days prior to hire.

Terms and Conditions of Hire;

Hire is subject to availability and at the discretion of Let's Play Games Limited. Hire may be subject to deposit and delivery charges.

The Hirer will, during the period of hire, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment hired, its care, safety from damage however slight, and the behaviour and safety of all persons of all ages using the equipment, including proper supervision of children.

The Hirer agrees to indemnify Let's Play Games Limited, or any employee or officer of Let's Play Games Limited, against all damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any claims, demands, actions, suits, or prosecutions that are instituted against Let's Play Games Limited related to any personal injury or property damage based on the use and/or consumption of all equipment hired( products liability) by any person or entity.

The Hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment, and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless The Hirer notifies Let's Play Games Limited of any faults within one hour of coming into possession of the equipment.

The Hirer shall indemnify Let's Play Games Limited for the cost of repair of any damage done to any equipment howsoever arising, which may occur during the period of the hiring.

The Hirer shall be responsible for returning the equipment in a clean and tidy condition. Let's Play Games Limited shall be at liberty to levy The Hirer a further charge of £15.00 for the cleaning and servicing of any item of equipment.

If any hired unit is returned outside the period stated upon the hire invoice for whatever reason Let's Play Games Limited may levy an additional charge for each day or part day which elapses before the unit returns to the possession of Let's Play Games Limited.

Proof of identity of The Hirer may be required ( for instance passport or driving license)

Delivery & Collection Charges: Free by arrangement to Felixstowe and Trimley and for orders over £35.00 to Ipswich, Martlesham and Woodbridge. Other locations on request. If hired items are not available for collection from, or receipt by, The Hirer at the agreed location and collection or delivery time Let's Play Games Limited shall be at liberty to levy The Hirer a further charge of £25.00.

In the event of cancellation of any hire seven working days prior to hire date, all hire charges, deposit charges, and delivery charges shall be refunded less a £10.00 administrative charge.

In the event of cancellation of any hire between three and seven working days prior to hire date, all hire and delivery charges, and 50% (fifty percent) of deposit charges, shall be refunded, subject to a minimum £10.00 administrative charge.

In the event of cancellation of any hire less than three working days prior to hire date, the deposit will not be refunded, but all hire and delivery charges shall be refunded, subject to a minimum £25.00 administrative charge.
