Terms & Conditions of Sale;

1) Payment accepted by cheque payable to Let's Play Games, or with credit or debit card via Pay Pal, www.paypal.com/uk/. Payment to be made in full, including any applicable delivery charges, prior to despatch of order.

2) Delivery: Subject to availability, orders are despatched the next working day after clearance of payment, by courier service or Royal Mail. Delivery is free to mainland England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands. Delivery charges apply to other locations, and the recipient will be additionally be responsible for any local taxes and/or duties that may apply. Orders placed online will only be accepted when delivery is to mainland England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands. Any payments made on line for orders from outside mainland England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands will be refunded, less any transaction charges. Confirmation of despatch of orders will be sent by e-mail. Unless you are able to check your order fully at the time of delivery we ask that you sign the carriers delivery note as "Unchecked". This will enable us to seek compensation from the carrier for any damage they may have caused during transit.

3) (i) Damaged Goods: Customers should notify us within three working days if a product arrives damaged in any way, and return the package to us within seven working days. Subject to availability a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the damaged item.

(ii) Unused and undamaged Goods: Items that we have agreed to refund or change are returned at the expense of the customer. A 35% handling charge will apply to these returns. Refunds will be made to the original customer only. Any postage and packaging costs incurred will not be refunded. Please ensure you can accomodate items in your home or garden prior to making any order as we can not accept returns on this basis.

4) Whilst every effort will be made to supply goods as specified, products are subject to availability, and sizes where stated are approximate only. Cancellations or variations may result as a result of forces beyond our control, and where appropriate we reserve the right to substitute similar items of equal of higher value.

5) These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by Let's Play Games Limited to any purchaser and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from any purchaser. All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer from any purchaser to buy goods pursuant to these terms and conditions and are subject to acceptance by Let's Play Games Limited. Let's Play Games Limited may choose not to accept an order for any reason. Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the acceptance of these terms and conditions by any purchaser. Any variation to these terms and conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by Let's Play Games Limited.

6)Title in goods purchased shall not pass to any purchaser until Let's Play Games Limited have been paid in full for the goods purchased. Risk in goods purchased shall pass to any purchaser at the moment the goods are dispatched to the purchaser. Where the purchaser chooses to collect the goods, risk will pass when the goods are entrusted to it or set aside for its collection.
